Hey,

I have a table of text that I would like to convert into a JPEG or some other picture format. How do I do this? Thanks.

Maybe you could hire an artist to read the text, then draw a nice picture and
scan that into a .jpg or .gif file. Just changing the file-type won't work. -Larry

I understand that changing the file type will not work.

I was asking what will work.

Thanks.

Can you give a clue what sort of text you have in this "table"? That might help.

I never heard of a way to convert text into an image
without the aid of an artist or the like. -Larry

Bring up the table on screen, then press the PrtScn button (Print Screen) on your keyboard. Then open paint or similar and press paste and you will have a graphic copy of the table

DOH! Now I get it.
Buzz wants a picture of the table itself, with some text inside of it.

This works for me: (I'm running an old Windows-95 system).

Bring up the table (or whatever) on the screen in Windows.
Press [Alt]-Print Screen to capture the entire screen.
Call up the Paint program (comes with Windows or used to)
Click on Edit -> Paste -> Paste as new image.
Then by all means SAVE it with some new name. It should save as a .bmp image.
Other applications can crop, resize, massage and convert image
to a filetype you prefer. -Larry
