Traffic/Adsense down 80%

Hi all,

For the last couple of days, my traffic has been way down! (about 80% according to AdSense figures)...

Has anyone else been going through this? What could it be? My sites are serving....

Since the beginning of the summer (in the US), I have been seeing the same thing with traffic.

I've tried to compensate by doing some emails to my mailing list to try and at least keep the same traffic numbers.

As far as your AdSense figures, who knows. That could be caused by a hundred different variables.

Traditionally for some of my sites, the end of June through July are the slowest time of the year. If you depend upon a lot of U.S. based traffic, this could be one of your slowest times of the year because of the July 4th holiday and everyone going on vacation.

It could be due to the Bourbon update. Do you know if you were affected? Have you dropped in the rankings?
