How to pay freelancers

I'm looking to hire a web researcher living in Jordan. Unfortunately, Paypal doesn't support transactions to people in Jordan, and many other countries - for fraud reasons, I'm sure.

Does anyone know a good way to transfer funds to someone in a country like Jordan on a regular basis? I really don't want to have to mail money orders there, if possible.

Well another option is StormPay. They tend to deal with a lot of countries that PayPal does not.

I've also used xoom.com a couple of times. They charge a fee of about $10-$15 US if I remember correctly but they deliver to most anywhere.
