Should I link them all back to the home page and my blog (my preference)...and/or interlink them in sequence to each other?

Also, should I submit each page's URL (related but unique topic per page) to the search engines?

How would you like to see/access those pages if you were a visitor to your site?

Some pages make sense if they are sequentially linked.. a series of images, for example. Other pages are better linked to/from a home page or site map. Do what makes sense for your visitors.

No, you do need to to submit them to the SE's. If the SE's already know of your site, the new pages will usually be crawled normally.

link them back to pages that make sense. That tells the SE's what pages on your site are important.

A common tactic to get sub pages indexed a bit faster is to add a 'site map' to the home page. Use the site map to stuff in all your sub pages using the anchor text you'd like them to have.
