WebMail system similar to gmail?

Hi all,

I've been searching all over the place trying to find a webmail system similar to gmail that I can host on my own server to check my other email accounts.

I'd like the system to be as close to gmail as possible. (conversations, search, javascript pre-loading...)

Does anyone have any suggestions?

we've been through tons of webmail systems and I haven't seen one similar to gmail.
