hi, i recently created a couple of country specific ads which would be shown based on a person ip, its there a way to test these ads through my brower, IE? thank you

You could try looking for free proxies located in the countries you want to test for (don't forget to test against a few countries you are not testing for as well to make sure that other visitors see what you are expecting).
