I would like to get some feedback on CMS systems. Who uses what? What CMS is best regarded? I am looking for a CMS that is fully CSS driven and is not too dificult to use from a design the page standpoint.

Mambo is perhaps the most popular open source CMS. It's fairly powerful and has some minimal built-in SEO options.
WordPress started out as a blog, but now has some CMS features. It's a bit limited as a CMS, but it's easy to set up and use and is surprisingly flexible.
