Buying a Website

Need advice for a purchase

I am sure this would be covered by another post but I am struggling to find any information.

Could anyone please advicse me as to the legal process of buying a website. We have agreed a price between 2 webmasters with no middle man or agent. One is based in UK other Central Europe.

What would be the next step in the purchase? Do we employ a 3rd party as agent?

I've not bought a website before but when i've privately bought a domain name then i have used a service like escrow.com
