I would like to know how big is your group now for the current workload that you are doing.
Like Brett or anyone else I reckon that easily 2 or 3 just to go through the daily mechanism of SEP. As I would also like to manage my time properly. thanks :)

hm... how about a Webmasterworld Holiday Retreat week for refreshment? But I guess we'd wind up talking about the same stuff and not really take a break! ;)

Just me and 10,000 MP3's,

have had 12 months in solitary confinement, getting used to it now just about.

Thinking about getting a Staffordshire Bull Terrier to do the reporting.

What pays the bills, i'm above 11 people in a weird way, i control them to an extent, until that my boss says otherwise; but this isn't web stuff.

Regarding my pro, semi-pro, and amateur SEO / web dealings. I have a brother who is into Linux in a very big way, but hard to motivate him, to join the forums and contribute, for him to learn or teach, and also a uncle who is a graphics designer, though hard to get descent stuff off him that is web friendly.

Otherwise i am just your average joe, trying to learn as much as possible about all aspects of SEO, web design, server side issues, programming, and happily failing, but i keep going because, it makes some extra cash and i enjoy learning about this stuff.

* I have learnt so much here i don't know what to do with it, - where, how, when, and what for ? that is the answer to the question.

But can i hack it damned right i can.

12 people. Designers, programmers, SEO, sales, project management, business management and some other squatters.

A few big fat clients and a scattering of little ones.

Some days I have 20 people working for me, other days I have 3. It all depends on how many times I go to the bathroom and look at myself in the mirror. ;)

Ummmmm... let's see? Me, myself and of course ... I!

Three personalities in the same form. If you work long enough and hard enough, you can convince all three to work at least 5 to 6 hours a day for one (slightly) sub average wage with no perks of any kind. The key is to keep all of them too tired to fight for what they are worth!:)
