I have very recenly had to enter into the world of dedicated servers. I have one up and running on a windows based server and I am looking for a decent control panel that would also provide stats.
Any comments would be greatly apprecited

I personally think CPanel is the best in the market, but I don't think it is available for windows (yet). But you might want to look into Plesk, it is also suppose to be pretty good and does work on windows.
