looking for a mail server

hi ALL

I am kooing for a free nail server to demonstrate my college project at a centre that does not have internet access.

What happens is that PHP sends out a mail using mail()
and I need that mail to go somewhere and allow me to retrieve it via outlook.

Any help please

For web mail access to Mercury, use SquirrelMail.
