Mailing list program that allow you to send attachments

I'm looking all over for a mailing list program that would allow me to send attachments with the mailings. Remotely hosted would be better because I'm not good at installing scripts.

I've signed up for several so far, but once I get signed up and logged in, I'm seeing that I can't include attachments with the mailings. I'm seeing that some allow html, but I can't actually attach a picture.

Any know of a good remotely hosted mailing list program that allows attachments when sending out to list subscribers?

Why inflate the size of the mail by including the photo when you could send out a much smaller message in HTML and refer to the image file on a remote server? You could even send out an even smaller plain text message with a link to the image as well. Adding an attachment of any kind puts a bullseye on your mail for filters.
