I'm being blocked by content filtering

The website I am working on is being blocked by Content Filters at corporations. This website is an e-commerce website for a fragrance that is named after my client. His last name is dirty-sounding and is setting off alarms, but the product is not considered adult.

On the other hand, his personal website can be accessed. On this website, his first and last name is pushed together to one word in the title:

FirstnameLastname

If I do this to the e-commerce site, will it stop the content filtering from blocking me? How long does it take to become unblocked? Any suggestions?

Would it work if I got a 2nd domain name and pointed it to the website?
