Managing many links

I am looking for a **simple** utility(s), preferably free, to manage about 1000 links on one page of my hobby site.

I have link checking tools but I'm hoping to find a utility that will allow me to more easily check/delete dead links.

I would like a simple javascript that performs the same function as the "find on this page" - the one that I did find only finds the first occurence on the page and I need the "find next" functionality.

Nice to have would be a utility to more easily alphabetically sort the links - perhaps create an a-z glossary listing?
