I have a small postcard script on my site that works fine. However, if someone puts in a bad email address I get the returned mail, not the sender. I then have to send the sender an email saying his card didn't go through.
Is there a card script anyone can recommend that sends the bounced email back to the sender, not to me?

I don't know of one but what language is the script written in? You may be able to make this change yourself.
Usually has to do with Return-Path, Reply-To and From: in the email headers
