I am sure you are responsible for multiple departments at your site(s).

How do you manage the mail?! Do you have all your boxes going into one? Do you have individual accounts for everything?

Using microsoft's Tools, what is your strategy for managing the many email faces of your site.

I use Outlook 2003 to collect all my mail into one PST file. Outlook filters all the mail into the appropriate folders using rules. Outlook is smart enough to deal with replies as well; it replies with the same address the mail was sent to.
