We are planning to introduce some advertsing space on our website; I'm looking for a program that would provide:
- Tracking (clicks, impres. all the standard stuff)
- Admin panel for the advertisers
- perhaps; keyword advertising option
(linux platform)

I would personally recommend phpAdsNew (no affiliation). It is free and open source, and has the features you have requested, and then some. This is one of the most popular ad serving platforms out there written in php and mysql. There are also some other versions of this program designed to fit different coding specs.
