Allowing users to get immediate access to a proected site

I am developing a password protected site where users pay a yearly subscription for access to the information on my site.
How can I automate it so when users pay a yearly subscription through paypal users can receive a password automatically and get instant access to my site, rather than me having to manually do it.

You can use Paypal's IPN. Go to their site & search for IPN or look on their developer's section
