I have been lurking for several months and have decided to ask this question as I have done all the searches here and have read for the last 4 hrs on the horrors of not having one, but cant seem to find a "good" example of one.
Here is the deal I have 3 companies that are always adding to there sites and I have no problem collecting when the money is due, but I would kind of like to be a bit more on the legal side of it or maybe a simple "sample of a contract to present to them.
suggestions?
