I would like to contact the owner of this domain <snip>, I have sent mails to the user's email that is in the whois, but he o she never answer my emails.
Could you plese tell me any other way to contact the domain owner?.
Besides this, What do you thing would be the price for that domain?, The website is empty, but the domain is the name of an importan city in mexico.

That you didn't receive an answer on your emails, is no indication that the site owner didn't read them. So maybe "no answer" is the same as "no" in this case. To be sure, just take your phone and ask. Whois data always contains the physical address of the site owner.
I am getting about 100 emails each day and only consider 2 or 3 of them as serious. The others end up in my deleted items box, most of them after reading the subject line only. When people phone me however, I know that they are interested, and results are much better. Just try it.
