Where to find beta testers for my new blog service?

I want to offer some of our valued customers and partners our free blog service and provide them subdomains (e.g. blogs.mysite.com/user-name1/).

Before release this service in public, I want to find some beta testers, where is the best place for this?

Do you have an opt-in mailing list of your customers?

Yes, I have two groups of customers. One is business partners, who will be the end users of my blog service. Another group is normal customers. I sent the "invite to try" email to this group but they did not clicked the link at all. No problem with my tracking method, no problem with my newsletter. Customers in this group are not interested in blogging.

I do not want to let my patners in the first group know this service before I fully test it. That's why I want to looking for some bloggers who do need a blog service.
