Email a friend

which from address to use?

I'm adding an email a friend script to a new site, but am not sure about which from address to use.

Do you use the persons email address that filled in your form, or your info@ email address?

I figured that if it was a friends email address it may be more likely to be opened and not deleted, but would it be more likely to trip spam filters by displaying the wrong from address?

thanks for that. It gets through the Y! filters fine so I think I'll go with that.
