This just came over the tube here in the S.F. Bay Area. Body Solutions has sued AV alleging that when a search is done for Body Solutions, competitors' paid for listings come up first instead of Body Solutions.

In fact, Body Solutions alleges it doesn't even come up on the first page. The thrust of the suit appears to be that AVs serps are deceptive since they don't identify top listings as advertising.

Sorry to be so sketchy, but I'm sure there'll be a huge amount of commentary on this development as more clarity emerges.

Does anyone has the article about Overture? My firm currently have a campain on there and have contested it is not fair (let alone legal) for another company to use our registered legal name. It leaves the impression that we have a partnership/agrement with them, when we don't
