Durn it! Getting Google Argentina when I go back to google!

Something has hijacked my browser in a curious way with getting me to a spanish google site. What gives? Whatever spyware etc. it is doesnt seem to be doing any other damage but....

seems okay for now. Still keeping my fingers crossed. Does this just happen or could this be a sign of spyware or something?

Why are you based? If you clear your cache, history etc and type in www.google.com do you get redirected again?

If you are in Argentina then is normal.

Here in Thailand once you clear the cache etc then it takes us to google Thailand and we then have to click on a link to go to Google main.

I am based in USA; I guess I assume everyone is. Not a good asumption. I will try to clear cache, although I am not having hte problem at this pt. and have used google several times in last couple of days.

Can you tell me if this is a normal sort of glitch or some sort of spyware or something I should be concerned about?

UPDATE: it only does it when I use the Google window in my menus bar at the top of my browser. It does not do it when I use my bookmarked link...

Dammit this is frustrating. I downloaded a Google toolbar recently and I think this is when the problem began. I had a google window in the menu bar before this. WHen I downloaded google toolbar I didnt think anything changed but I guess it has...

dammit! it's doing it again! I deleted the google window from my top menus, and I used google when I paged back the interface had changed to spanish. this is frustrating. Help!
