Brand new site - what next?

Hello all. I have a brand new site up and have some questions on where to go from here.

First off, it is an informational site for video games with news, interviews, etc.

I don't want to spend any money at this point for advertising, etc.

What is the best way to inform people of the site without spamming on tons of forums and whatnot.

I am listed on Google, MSN, but being brand new, I'm way down on the list.
