For some reason i would goto a stie a vew source to see the code of the meta tags and i see some new tag that i havent knowen.

The "DC" meta tags are defined by the Dublin Core metadata initiative [dublincore.org] and are helpful in classifying documents on, say, a company intranet. None of the major search engines use them.
