Running IIS on Windows XP Home Edition

I have followed all the instructions, got to step 8 and I get the following error:

"Error connecting to (pc name):
Unexpected error 0x80074002 occurred.
Do you wish to continue to attempt to connect to it in the future?
Yes No"

It appears Personal Web server is running, but how can I get to the IIS stuff to do what is suggested in step 8? Any help on this would be most appreciated!!!
