How to add 'email this program to a friend' to website?

Is there a free program I can download from the internet that will enable me to set up an 'email this page to a friend' facility on my website?

It's a fairly easy server side script to install a "tell-a-friend" routine.

I believe we discussed this here recently. I would search the Webmaster World archvies for it before heading out to Google.
