help! new business owner that sells art. I am forming a database of business potentials (interior decorators, interior designers, end buyers, corporations, restaurants, etc) and Im getting confused on how to collect it. I am just going to interior deocorator associations and cutting and pasting their information to excel, saving as a .csv then transferring to outlook. Does anyone have any suggestions within all of this to make things more efficient? its such a painful process and soooo slow.

Thanks in advance for your advice everyone! =)

You should read up on Databases. At the least, you could use Access to manage your contacts. You might want to look into some type of CRM software (Customer RElations Manager) which will help manage your contacts.
