Any good chat room software?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good open source chat room software I can add to my site? In an ideal world I'd love to have something like Yahoo's chat rooms. But I imagine they are a huge bandwidth hog, and I'm only allocated 150gigs per month.

Idealy, I'd like something which was easy to customise, secure, doesn't use much bandwidth, fast simple, etc.

Any suggestions would be super cool. :)

Doesn't really suit my needs, I'm looking for an open source chat room which I can host on my server.
