Programs that Paraphrase Text?

I have a huge link directory with many hundreds of original site blurbs.

As a way to get some fast/easy articles I have started making articles out of these links/blurbs. To reduce the chance of a duplicate content penalty I want to paraphrase the blurbs.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a program that would allow me to input some text and have it spit out a paraphrase.

I have heard of articlebot, but it is WAY too expensive for my simple purpose.

Has anyone heard of a program that can do this?

Paraphrasing is a human skill. It can't (presently) be automated without it being obvious to the reader that a program has been in play. AI is way below the level of being able to do this.
