Making web page templates with Power Point

I'm trying to make a web page template using Power Point. Can this be done? Can it be saved as HTML. I'm having a hard time viewing it on the web and having it appear as I have created it. It appears much smaller in size.

Any advise is much appreciated! THANK YOU!

If I am not mistaking PowerPoint will save the page as .html but its more for a slide show type layout. If you do not want to learn html then I recommend using FrontPage or Dream Weaver.
