Ok maybe one of you guys will recognize this. I get traffi to my website from:

New York, Bronx, United States
cache-mtc-ad07.proxy.aol.com (64.12.116.201)

New York, Bronx, United States
cache-mtc-aa01.proxy.aol.com (64.12.116.5)

New York, Bronx, United States
cache-mtc-ac07.proxy.aol.com (64.12.116.136)

And a few more all from all with slightly rangin IP's Is this some kind of search engine spider? I am using statcounter, and have never seen the search engine spiders come up. I am just wondering what this is since it happens on two of my unrelated sites. I get maybe 8 or 9 hits in a row from these IP's all for 0 sec.

I have seen variations of this in my logs as well. I believe its just the aol spider caching for the aol.com search engine probably. Funny thing is I have never submitted to AOL.
