Anyone have any thoughts on what the 'Must Have' skills in a web developer/designers tool box should be in 2005?

the trouble is there are just more skills around.

if I was looking for someone, I personally look for

html
css
javascript
scripting - PHP in my case
and other familiarities such as apache, both MS and *NIX and anything else they know.

I want a well rounded individual who understands the diverse aspects of the web and its users.

You get bonus points for understanding Search engine Optimization and writing code that is SEO'd. That is usually what gets me hired over the competition. Anybody can script a cool function or design a cool site, but then you have to market it.

Is it me or does it take almost a few people to keep up with the growing trends in both Development and Marketing. LOL.
