Webtrends version number confusion

Hi,

I run

Version: 8.1b Platform: win32 Build Number: 7601

of Webtrends. Now every time I launch the reports, I get the notice that a new version is available. But when I want to download it it says

WebTrends 7 Small Business Software

.

I know they are every once in a while renaming their whole products, but going from 8.1b to a 7.x version seems somewhat strange. NetIQ themselves is incommunicado for me - I don't have a maintenance contract with them therefore I don't seem to exist for them.

Any help?

That's Murphy.... Now for the first time ever I got a reply! A rep called me some 15mins later (transatlantic call!) AND I got an email as well.

The version numbers are all a marketing buzz - they wanted to unify their different version numbers so that all product lines share the same one. So it IS an upgrade after all.
