How to deal with mirror files(URGENT)!

Hi,
My site has a particular directory(over 2000 pages) whose pages used to have PR-4 on google which suddenly got down to )PR-0 one fine day. We got the pages rank back by moving it from that black listed directory to home directory. Now the qn is that i have these mirror file at 2 places & want to do away with black listed directory, but in yahoo our black listed directory ranks number one! Pls Help.

You are not giving enough information:
Which server-solution are you running? Apache or IIS or ...?

You could just ban google from indexing those pages using robots.txt and get them removed also in the same way. check at www.google.com/remove.html

Sorry BjarneDM, Ok What I'm saying is that in my site www.xyz.com there's www.xyz.com/hhh directory which contains around 2000 web pages(.htm) which are the main page from where our business gets generated. Initially all the pages under this hhh directory was PR4 on google. Now Its been kind of black listed & so we copied all the web pages from www.xyz.com/hhh to www.xyz.com itself. We have got back the ranking for these pages (under www.xyz.com). Now i want to do away with files of www.xyz.com/hhh directory as they r mirror files. But for Certain Hot Keywords (which generate business for us) in YAHOO those web pages which r under www.xyz.com/hhh files r being returned by yahoo (its not returning the new pages which i have copied under www.xyz.com). SO HOW CAN I REMOVE THESE PAGES WHEN I'M GETTING BUSINESS FROM THESE CERTAIN FILES. What r the options available.
