I need some help on that topic, I never had to wonder about setting up a connection asides my home/office/router/broadband, so I am pretty much clueless in that field!
But I will be moving, do not have the final street address yet and as per cable Co. then it will take about a week to be setup; unacceptable!
Knowing that I will have no broadband connection available, router access to connect with or whatever
is there away to communicate, doesn’t Verizon have a product that works with that antenna coming out of a laptop card or something in that range
Actually if I am correct some car cars come equipped with such a capability?
Any advice appreciated

Thanks
Henry

There are such products. They are called cellular modems (Nokia and Motorola make them). They cost quite a bit of money though ~$300-400.

If you have a wireless network card, I would find the nearest hotspot (Starbucks, library, whatever) and pay to use the services there until you get your connection set up. Here's a site that you can search for wi-fi spots on [wi-fihotspotlist.com]

If you're hell-bent on using a cellular modem though, you could buy one and abuse the return policy of it (assuming it's 15-30days). Just return it when you're done. ;)
