Universal Internet / Search Querry Traffic Stats

Does anyone know of any websites that attempt to approximate or track worldwide or US internet traffic or total WWW page views or number of search engine queries on a daily or weekly basis?

The reason I'm asking is that my traffic is down approximately 10% from last week. I would like to figure out if this traffic drop is due to a drop in total internet traffic potentially caused by the upcoming holidays...or is it, God forbid, people just deciding to stop coming to my sites!
