I am creating a site that will be non profit, however I would like to show some charity adverts on it.

I have been looking for banners for a while but I seem to have to go to every charity I can think of one at a time and check if they offer banners.

Is there a site that lists charity banners I can use? I dont mind hosting them myself rather than linking to them . The more I find the better.

I asked google about this for a project of my own.

Simply put adsense on your site but ban the adsense bot from your robots.txt and I'll display PSAs non-stop.

In the states, you used to be able to pull PSAs directly from the Ad Council [adcouncil.org]. They've gone to a more formal policy, but depending on your site it might still be worth checking out.

Alternatively, there are many organizations that provide banners for their causes. Searching for a cause you're interested in (tacking "awareness" on the end seems to help), should pull up some possibilities. It's sometimes hard to find the PSA banner page and takes a bit of digging. Look for terms such as "What more can you do," "Link your site to," etc.

Some of the larger, national organizations (possibly because of corporate sponsorships), don't readily supply PSA materials, so it might be best to consider something more local.
