How do i insert iframes. whats the code.

hey i am the owner of <edit> and i just finished making the new layout in photoshop. and i have come too the part where the layout needs uploading then coding (iframes). i uploaded it and its on the site. I need 5 iframes on the page. one too load up the navigation inside 'menu' on the top left. one for poll. one for attributes, and one for 'news'. then the big one in the middle where the pages clicked on from the menu will load.

i have no idea how too do this. i dont know anything about the iframe code or anything. can someone help me or find me a tutorial that teaches how too insert iframes. i cant find one anywhere.

i am still having really big problems with iframes. i am using dreamweaver too add the code the look where the iframe is. and its never where i want it. and its way bigger than what i want it. this has been stresing me out for days now. i rreally need too get this done :(

for the positioning, you could try using CSS and an absolute position.
