User in India cannot see my US server!

Just wondering if anyone might have come across this before - and what might the cause be.
I have a web-application served from Dallas and a potential client in India just cannot see server at all - has sent me the browser screenshots showing that browser cannot resolve the address.

He claims to have spoken to his ISP about it but situation remains unsolved.

Latest is that I e-mailed him the link to the on-line visual route trace to see if that helps pinpoint how far he's getting.

Any ideas?

Why not give him a proxy server to try?

I don't know how to set that up, but it's certainly not worth any effort - just for one *potential* client - but I was just interested to try and find cause.

Don't set up your own, use someone else's. Even something like the Anonymizer service will let you do a certain amount of free surfing.
