Looking for Banner Adverising Companies that offer CPA option

Does anyone know of any banner advertising companies that offer CPA? I am looking to have my banners placed, and I would like to do it on a cost per action. Any help or comments regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend using Commission Junction. They have quite a few advertisers that are CPA. I have had fantastic results.
