Serverside Guest Image Board with Admin Control Panel?

Not sure where else to post this but this seemed most appropriate.

I would like to allow guests to post images to my site. I would like a basic admin control panel that notifies me via e-mail when an image has been posted and is awaiting my approval. I'd prefer the bare script or very minimal styling. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have looked a bit but this doesn't seem to be a popular idea like guest books or forums of course.

I've been running a php gallery, which you should be able to find out there ;)
It supports user upload of images among other nifty things.

You could also check some of the scripts sites or maybe even do a post in Commercial Exchange on WebmasterWorld asking for programmers that could help you out.

Eh... like I said I don't want anything but the basic script...

Where could I talk with developers without going against WW's terms... they can be a little sensitive sometimes :-D
