How do i add user details, sending Newsletter monthly

also allowing user to unsubcribe?

Hi, i am trying to some how allow users to send their email address to me, i then take that address and store in a database and then every month send an email to that everyperson on our database with our newsletter.
Having somekind of unsubscribe button would be great too.
Can anyone give me help or point me to a tutorial along these ideas?
