Plesk and subdomains

I'm using the Plesk 6.0 control panel for my webserver, and I was wondering if there's a simple way to create subdomains with it. I tried Web Users, which works great, but they don't work as subdomains, just as [mysite.com...] which isn't really what I want. I followed the SWsoft tutorial on webusers so I don't think I'm doing anything wrong.

Any of you have experience with this?

In the control panel - go to the domain, then down in the hosting section select "Subdomains" - then click "Add Subdomain."

The options I see under Hosting are:
Setup
Delete
Web Users
Directories
Anonymous FTP [disabled]
Log Manager
File Manager
FP Webadmin [disabled]
FP-SSL Webadmin [disabled]
Crontab Manager

No Subdomains in sight.

I have a 'subdomain' option on that page which works for me. However I am using 'Plesk 7.0 reloaded'. I would contact your hosting provider.
