change domain but keep files

Hi there!
I am new to WebmasterWorld. I have a question about control panel. Hope someone could give me some advice!
I am hosting under Windows Server 2003, HELM control panel. The current hosting service only support one domain name. The problem is that I would like to "change" my domain name (change domainA.com to domainB.com.) I wonder if I remove it in HELM then add a new one, all my files will remove along? I would like to keep my all files while I point the new domain to the server. Could someone tell me how to solve this? (I think the support of my server is awful -- rarely reponse to technical queries.)

Thank you for your reply. I know many good hosting company in the market. While I wait for my credit card, I still want to use the current hosting package. If you know any way to change domain name, I'd appreciate your advice.

HELM is not an interface I have on any of my servers, so I wouldn't be a good resource.
