I just made a new logo, however I do not know which simple I should use with my logo to protect it. The logo isnt trademarked yet, but I thought there was a special symbol I could use to show that it is mine.
Thanks

In the US I believe you want to use a sm for Service Mark. Check the USPTO for more information.

Hmm. I think if you go to the uspto.gov site you will find that the correct thing to do is to attach the superscript "TM" (or use the ™ symbol) to your graphic/logo/whatever. Then, if you actually register it and it is accepted, you use the ® symbol (that's an "R" in a circle).
So, short & sweet: use ™ right now. Use ® when it's official.
