Tracking Competitor Advertising on Multiple Search Engines

Competitor advertising analysis - how do you do it?

I would like to know if there is tool that I can use to tracking Competitor Advertising on Multiple Search Engines.

I use Overture to estimate the number of searches per keyword phrase, type the words into various search engines to see which competitors are paying, then roughly "estimate" their budget.

Is there an automated tool for this? How do you track your competitors advertising? Please help. Any suggestions or information would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
