Hii all,

I had bumped into one nice SE a couple of months back. Now i want to visit that SE. But i seems to have forgotten....if some have heard or been using it...pls give me the url....

Clue..:: In their search results page, when you click on a url...and window opens beneath the url itself..in which...the website corresponding to the clicked url opens. and after going thru' that site...that window can be collapsed.!!, without leaving the results page.

Pls let me know, if someknows that SE..just the url.

Thanks in advance...:)

Funny, that made me discover a wisenut feature! Does not work with Opera, so I tried IE and NS 6 (that is why it took so long...) The feature is hidden on NS 6 and does nothing with Opera.

Could it be a ActiveX gizmo?

I am sorry to say, it is neither Vivisimo...i use this and wisenut very frequently.

Vivisimo, i feel is more of FOLDERS types..:)

I guess...it is either a java script/cgi/ may be activeX..i am not sure...

Actually...the complete webiste can be bowsed within the window that opens beneath the url(only after clicking the url opens.)...Hope you get the drift of my clue..:)

I guess, i had come across that site in one of the SEO newsletters...i subscribe to...

Thanks for the replies...
Some get it right for me pls..!

The small window which opens..does not disturb the other results, except that...they just move down, making room for the window that opens....the window that opens i guess has a height of only 180pixels...

Any one else..?? :)

Thanks again

If you mesured the height of the window the last time you visited this SE, too bad you did'nt bookmarked it. ;)

idea,

If it was that nice why did you not keep a hold of the url ? is it a relevant engine ? does it crawl ? or is it dripfed ? does it use frames ?

Hii again,

Mac,
Actually i did blink it...i went thru' my entire 63 directories in my blink...to locate..but could not find it...

Caine,
It does not use any frames...it is like any other no-frames site...and abt this height thing...i just vaguely remember the site....

I am sorry to trouble you folks here...with mundane stuff like knowing a particular SE...but the SE is useful for me...and I am very sure..one of us out here in this WmW community knows it...
