Searching figures

Hi All

Can somebody please point me in the direction of "reliable" (read semi up to date) figures for the way people find websites, and also, the most popular search engines. I did try the search but obviously used all of the wrong search queries...(how ironic) :)

Ah, the long standing question. There really aren't any public figures that are reliable. Media metrix is about the only game in town. (and they are going through some financial trouble)

Yeah, I had tried Media Metrix and was just wondering if there were others (without forking out for them !!)

try Nielsen/Net ratings - they seem to have some really decent reports & demographics.
